The device arrived intact a few days ago, not a scratch on the package - I opened it myself. To my great disappointment, the unit wouldn't power up, it was dead on arrival. I can confirm that the power supply is functional; I tested it with another pedal.
I have done a mail to EHX explaining the situation, hoping that they may be able to point out what I can do to get it running as I really would like to use it, also it is quite expensive to ship these things back and forth, no response in 72 hours.
As it is, I am returning it to Amazon for a refund as I am not guaranteed that a replacement will not be dead on arrival. Because of the poor customer support posture from EHX and the cost I am incurring returning the device, I will not be recommending this to anyone - the 1 star rating is meant to reflect my experience.
